Agnes originally comes from a small village in Upper Palatinate, Bavaria. Even as a child, she always wanted to go far away and see the world. When she started modeling at the age of 17, she had plenty of opportunity. She finally landed in Cape Town, where she enjoyed her first yoga class. That was 6 years ago
Last October, Agnes completed her Level 1 Teacher Training in Bali with Radiantly Alive. She took the training to deepen her own practice but is also considering teaching in the future. Yoga is an integral part of your everyday life.
