Binh Le

At the age of six, Binh began his training at a Shaolin Kung Fu school where he came into contact with his body and mind for the first time. Inspired by the depth of martial arts, he switched to traditional Taekwondo after six years. He received the honor of teaching there from his master at the time

His desire to be even more physically and mentally challenged led him to take up parkour, a sport that was still unknown at the time. The luck of training with the founders of this type of transportation and with athletes who have decades of experience led him shortly afterwards to impart his knowledge to those interested. For several years, Binh toured Europe and taught in major cities with up to 250 participants. After years of physical discipline and self-control, his longing for spiritual freedom was still not satisfied. During this phase he came into contact with yoga and shamanism.

After staying in India for several months to experience yoga directly at the source and to complete teacher training, his path led him to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga according to the traditions of Sri K. Patthabi Jois. He is currently practicing the third series with his current teacher Petri Räisänen. Binh traditionally teaches Mysore, Led Classes and workshops around the world.

With the help of Ayahuasca, a master plant from the Amazon, he gains ever deeper insights into his soul and thus a deep understanding of his fellow human beings. He uses this knowledge and sensitivity to energetically support and encourage his participants in their practice.
