Today we have the second part of our great cooperation with "Pink Elephant Cooking". The team of the extraordinary yoga cooking crew was traveling in Groningen and brought another recipe with them to cook.

"Pink Elephant Culinary Road Trip Part 2"

Today we are traveling in Holland, in the beautiful city of Groningen.

On a unique houseboat in the middle of Groningen, we took the chance to cook a delicious and super simple recipe. Raw Nori Roll Ups!

Recreate the recipe from the video:

Ingredients:
Nori flat cakes
1 mango
1 avocado
1 carrot
1 red cabbage
1 handful of sprouts
1 handful of baby spinach
1 lime
2 teaspoons miso paste
4 teaspoons peanut butter
1 tamari for the dip

  • Divide the nori flatbreads in half
  • Get the green things ready and put them aside
  • Cut carrots and red cabbage into fine strips
  • Mix peanut butter and miso paste until smooth
  • Mix the avovado and lime juice well with a fork
  • Cut the mango into small cubes
  • Spread the miso-peanut butter on the nori cake and fill the whole thing with the other ingredients
  • But don't overfill, otherwise you won't be able to close the rolls ;-)
