Today we are traveling in Switzerland, in the beautiful city of Chur.
What topic suits Switzerland better than delicious chocolate? Today we are making vegan chocolate. A simple recipe that is super quick and super easy. Perfect for the coming Christmas season.

Ingredients:
1 cup pure cocoa powder
1 cup cocoa butter
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 handful of your favorite nuts
- Melt cocoa butter in a pot (do not exceed 42 degrees)
- Add cocoa powder and stir
- Add maple syrup and continue stirring. Always stir ;-)
- Fill your favorite nuts into chocolate molds
- Carefully pour the liquid vegan chocolate into the molds
- Allow to cool slowly in the refrigerator
- If you don't have patience, just put it in the fridge
