Today we are traveling in Austria.
After a long and exhausting yoga class at Pension Leutasch, we tried out our latest recipe.
Hemp cream cheese!
Have fun cooking.

Ingredients:
200g cashew nuts
50g peeled ham seeds
salt and pepper
Juice of half a lemon
0.3 liters of water
1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 handfuls of your favorite herbs
- Blend cashews, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and water in a blender
- Chop up the herbs
- Add the mutton seeds and herbs to the cream cheese
- And it's ready :-)
- Tastes very good on bread with a thin egg on top.
