Yogi Superfood: Kathi's Acai Bowl

Base:

  • 1 Acai plate (available frozen in organic supermarkets, e.g. from the Acaî Group)
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 large shot of unsweetened almond milk, you can also use rice or rice-coke milk, then you can do without the agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

if you like:

a small handful of frozen blueberries / if you like it a little creamier, you can add 1/4 ripe avocado ;)

Put everything in the blender and mix until a smooth liquid is formed.

Topping: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chia seeds over your smoothie bowl and whatever fruit you can get your hands on. Strawberries, banana, mango, kiwi... You can let your imagination run wild.

Tip: If you like, you can also stir in spelled flakes for a particularly long feeling of satiety. If you like it crunchier, you can also sprinkle organic crunchy muesli on your bowl.
