1. Munich: Yoga with Daniela
July 20, 2021 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m

Meeting point: on the lawn in front of the old Pinakothek (sculpture park)

After work you can find Daniela in the mountains, on the SUP or in The Studio, where she regularly leads various yoga classes alongside her OGNX friend Alex Kleiner.
Since 2018, Daniela has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, fascia and chakra yoga in Amiena's workshop, THE STUDIO and the R1 Sportsclub in Munich, among others.
In her lessons she places great emphasis on conscious, gentle yoga, breathing and relaxation exercises. During her lesson you can expect, among other things, a short excursion into the world of the chakras. Let yourself be surprised according to the motto “Swing your Chakra”!

2. Cologne: Yoga and HIT with Pascale and Lina
July 24, 2021 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m

Meeting point: Inner green belt between Venloer Str. and Vogelsanger Str. on the meadow next to the Nike Basketball Court

In Cologne, the two power women Lina and Pascale will guide you through an energetic session!

Let's start with an intensive HIIT workout in which you can get your circulation going at full speed and work off some energy with fast beats. Pascale motivates you to get the most out of yourself while having a fun group workout!

Afterwards, you will experience the power of a mindful and gentle yoga practice with Lina. From tension you can now go into relaxation. In this yoga soft unit, Lina brings you into connection with your breath and your body.

So after this session you will go home both exhausted and deeply relaxed.

3. Hamburg: Yoga with Svenja
July 26, 2021 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m

Meeting point : Eichtalpark

Since 2011, OGNX Ambassador Svenja has been teaching Vinyasa Power Yoga and Yin Yoga classes at various levels several times a week. The combination of breathing, strength and stretching characterizes her yoga style. The lessons are dynamic and powerful, but can still be implemented individually for everyone.

4. Berlin: different locations and hours

August 2nd, 2021 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.: Yoga with Julia

In her classes, Julia tries to connect the world of yoga with our everyday Western lives. It fluidly builds bridges and enables each person to move or rest. You can expect a mixture of Vinyasa yoga to reduce stress hormones and final Yin postures.

August 7th, 2021 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Yoga with Jasmin

Meeting point : Tiergarten at the Global Stone Project

As an experienced yoga teacher (BDY certified +1000h / Yin Yoga +300h), Jasmin has been leading her ongoing courses, workshops and retreats for 12 years.

She has also been an instructor for the Yoga Academy Berlin ('Practice & Didactics') since 2013 and has already led several hours as an ambassador for OGNX.
Experience the energy of Jasmin's 'SOULYOGA Berlin' and take part in a powerful and meditative SOUL FLOW in the park.
Jasmin guides you carefully and precisely into the postures and encourages you to find your individual form.

For over 10 years, Elena from OGNX Customer Support has been leading a variety of group fitness offerings on a part-time basis and has taken part in various training and further education courses in this context.
Do you want to clear your head? Do you want to feel powerful and stable in your everyday life? Then you've come to the right place for Elena's outdoor lesson. With a mix of strength, stability and endurance, you can expect a functional full-body workout in which you can improve the interaction of your muscles and strengthen the core of your body.
Regardless of whether you are a beginner or advanced - through variations you always have the opportunity to work at your personal level.
