CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION COMPETITION

The prize consists of 5 nights at the SwaSwara Wellbeing Retreat in Gokarna, India.

Conditions of participation and data protection:

(hereinafter: Upparel GmbH). The data recipient is exclusively Upparel GmbH.

Participation and participation period:

Participants must follow @ognxyoga and @cghearth on Instagram, like the competition post, write a comment, tag two friends and register for the OGNX newsletter on this page. The competition starts on the publication date of the respective publication and ends on December 20th, 2019 at midnight. The winners will then be announced via direct message.

I. Eligibility and Exclusion of Participation

1. All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and have a permanent residence in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Employees of the companies involved and their relatives are excluded from participation.
2. Each person is allowed to take part in the competition once. Multiple entries, multiple emails, computer-generated emails, emails from competition services and attempts at manipulation are excluded from the competition.
3. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate the rights or dignity of others through comments, insult them, incite violence, violate copyright law, and remove their comments without notice. In the event of a violation, the violator releases Upparel GmbH from liability towards third parties.

II. Process and draw

1. The winners will be notified by OGNX via email or Facebook/Instagram direct message within seven working days after the end of the competition. There will be no cash payout or exchange of winnings. The profit claim is non-transferable.
2. Each winner must send an email to contact@ognx.com with his/her address details within 14 working days. If the winner does not respond within the given deadline, the prize will be raffled off again among all participating people.

1. The winner will be notified via direct message.

IV. Cancellation of the competition

1. We reserve the right to cancel or end the competition at any time. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competition cannot be carried out or continued for other reasons such as organizational, technical or legal reasons. All participants are not entitled to any claims against Upparel GmbH.

V. Data protection

1. The protection of your data is important to Upparel GmbH. We would therefore like to inform you which data we store about you, when, why and for how long.
2. All names of the participating people will be recorded and saved to determine the winner. The address details are required by Upparel GmbH in order to send the prize to the winners.
   With your consent, the email addresses, first and last names entered will be transferred to our newsletter distribution list. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Participants are entitled to all statutory information, change and cancellation rights.

VI. Disclaimer

1. Upparel GmbH is not liable for incorrect information regarding the competition that is expressed or distributed by participants or third parties.
2. Upparel GmbH assumes no liability for the accuracy or completeness of the references and links made as part of the competition.
3. Upparel GmbH is not liable for damage caused by force majeure and not for damage due to delay or interruption of the transmission. Unless Upparel GmbH or a vicarious agent acts with gross negligence or intent. This does not affect any claims for compensation due to injury to life, body and health as well as essential contractual obligations.
