- 1 plate of frozen acerola from the organic market
- 1 banana
- A handful of frozen mango,
- A large shot of coke water (unsweetened)
Put everything in the blender and mix until you have a smooth, creamy liquid.

Info: The acerola cherry is a small vitamin C bomb. It is one of the most vitamin C-rich plants in the world. The small cherry also contains other vitamins and minerals such as provitamin A, vitamins B1 and B2 as well as niacin (=vitamin B3), phosphorus and calcium. The composition of the substances is intended to multiply the antioxidant effect of vitamin C.
